Farya is a speciality registrar in oral surgery at Birmingham dental hospital whereby she is completing her specialist training in oral surgery. She is also a clinical lecturer in oral surgery at two universities – University of Birmingham and College of Medicine & Dentistry.
Farya qualified from Trinity College of Dublin in 2010 with multiple prizes including a distinction in her dissertation. Since qualification, Farya has gained a plethora of surgical experience working in multiple prestigious oral and maxillofacial departments across the country including major trauma centres. This ranges from complex removal of wisdom teeth to management of patients with oral cancer.
During this time, she has also gained membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery and has finished her Master of Science in Oral Surgery.
Farya has a keen interest in the management of nervous patients and is highly skilled in the provision of intravenous sedation. As such, she has completed certification with SAAD.
She has also presented at international conferences and holds several publications in peer-reviewed journals in topics related to oral surgery.
She welcomes all surgical cases here at Etwall Dental Practice. In her spare time, Farya is a keen traveller.

The rules about mask wearing and distancing are being removed as from 19th July.
However, healthcare establishments including dental practices will still request that you wear a mask when you attend, as our regulations are not changing as yet.
Etwall Dental Practice team are working extremely hard to provide a great service, thank you for bearing with us so far.
Due to the increase in dental care and, restrictions have not been changed for dental practices, waiting times for appointments have become longer.
