A really great practice. Had a fantastic experience there today having been up all night in toothache. Rang this morning & got an appointment a few hours later. All the staff I encountered from the reception through to the practice manager Sharon and eventually the dentist Kunal were polite and courteous. I was treated brilliantly and would recommend this practice to anyone who appreciates great care.

Overall I’m very pleased with the whole procedure I went through at this dental practice. I had gaps in my teeth which I felt quite embrassed about. After seeing Dr Patel and having braces on for only 6 months they now look amazing. I absolutely love my teeth! All the staff are welcoming and polite. I would defiantly reccomend this dental practice if you are thinking about having braces or even just for a routine check up.

Attended today for the first visit in 18years to a dentist……(..Not surprising due to previous experiences). From the first point of contact via phone (Sharon) to attending today all of the staff involved have been an absolute delight…Kind caring and very professional nothing seemed too.much trouble, Mr Kunal Patel even took time out from his admin when I popped back with my hospital dental xrays to take me through the results etc..he is a real gentleman. Of course treatment has not started yet and as it happens not much to be done..I may still be a challenge but what I have experienced today has filled me with confidence and I have been greatly reassured by the Etwall Dental Practice Team…If you are lulling me into a false sense of security..YOU’VE DONE A BRILL JOB!!!
